City of Los Angeles Methane Zone Certification of Compliance project on target

Terra-Petra’s Deputy Methane Barrier Inspector Richard McClanahan was on site earlier this month to witness the smoke test for the horizontal methane barrier at 17344 Signature Drive in Granada Hills where he also issued a LADBS form 07, Certificate of Compliance.
The project is in the City of Los Angeles Methane Zone and therefore requires such a certificate before the membrane may be covered or back filled.
