Cal Trans and OCTA confident that most 2010-2015 projects will move forward as planned..

September 10, 2010

Terra-Petra went to the September meeting for Southern California Contractors Association (SCCA) members, hosted at the Phoenix Club in Anaheim on September 8th.

We received a framed “new member” certificate, along with an opportunity to speak about our services and capabilities.  The meeting was pretty well attended for a Wednesday evening.  The primary topic of discussion was the ongoing projects between Cal Trans and the Orange County Transit Authority OCTA.

Many of these projects are now in the works, and many are still waiting for funding by Federal or State. The focus of discussions was on projects slated to take place between now and 2015.  The management representative for OCTA was confident that most of these projects will move forward as planned, and will improve local transportation infrastructure as well as plenty of construction work in the Orange County area.
