Good results for Western Realco

July 17, 2013

hm_WRlogoTerra-Petra was recently hired by Western Realco, a real estate business firm specializing in the development and acquisition of institutional quality commercial properties, to work on two simultaneous projects in Anaheim and Santa Fe Springs, California.  Both of these sites required use to provide environmental oversight and management, which included AQMD permit expediting, AQMD Rule 1166.1 monitoring during grading activities, and soil management plan implementation.

One of the sites had some more severe contamination issues to contend with, so we had to manage the soil testing, and removal and disposal of the contaminated soil.  These activities were completed under very tight time requirements, but due to our team’s dedication to the project all targets have been met. Western Realco has been very pleased with our professionalism and exceptional work on both projects.  The company was very happy to be able to use us on both projects at once (as opposed to using two different firms).  Much of the work we had to do had to take place on weekend days,  and that also allowed Western Realco to stay on track with project completion goals.

Another client of ours, who had gone through a very similar situation (on a similar type of project) and who had similar end results with our services,  recommended to Western Realco to us. As a competitive environmental engineering firm, we’re always very appreciative of these types of opportunities as they really do strengthen our position in the environmental engineering market here in Southern California as well as around the nation and now the globe.
