Terra-Petra handles soil clean up for the famous Pacific City project in Huntington Beach California

October 10, 2014

Pacific City is an outdoor mall going up on Pacific Coast Highway just south of the pier in Huntington Beach, California. Terra-Petra is on the job to make sure that the challenge is met. The Pacific City site is about 31 acres bounded by Pacific Coast Highway, First Street, Atlanta Avenue, and Huntington Street. The site is divided into three parcels: commercial/retail, hotel, and residential. Entitlement Plan Amendment applications have been submitted separately by each site owner/developer to revise original 2004 approvals for 191,100 sq. ft. of commercial uses, 8-story 400 room hotel, and 516 condominiums.
